Charles Pointe developer releases conceptual video of 67-acre site at Charles Pointe Crossing

BRIDGEPORT, WV. The development of West Virginia's largest master planned mixed-use community continues to advance with the creation of a 67-acre mixed use project called Charles Pointe Crossing.

The main entrance to Charles Pointe Crossing (CPC) will be located on the 279 bypass just off of Exit 124 of Interstate 79 in Bridgeport. According to Genesis Partners, the property developer, CPC will include a combination of retail, restaurants, recreation and hospitality. The retail component of the project will be anchored by Menard's - one of the nation's largest home improvement retailers. Menard's will occupy a 203,000 square foot facility located in Charles Pointe Crossing.
