BRIDGEPORT, WV. Charles Pointe has become one of north central West Virginia's most attractive residential areas as the developer continues to expand residential options for families, seniors, and young professionals alike.
Last week, Charles Pointe developer Genesis Partners, LP announced that their Parkview Village community has been completely developed with 66 duplex homes having been built and sold.
Forty-two of the carriage-style homes featured at Parkview Village were originally built by S&A Homes. Then beginning in 2018, the final 24 homes were built by Dan Ryan Builders. Because of the growing interest in residential living at Charles Pointe, the final 16 homes were built and sold within the last year. These homes feature 1800 to 3000 square feet of living space with a garage and an average cost of $350,000.
"We are very pleased with the success of the Parkview Village development," said Mark Dellana, Executive Director of Development Genesis Partners. “Parkview has provided a quality residential option for residents looking to be part of an upscale, master-planned community."
Holly White, Dan Ryan Builders’ Sales Consultant said, “We have a great relationship with the Genesis Partners group. We love seeing Charles Pointe grow and are very happy to be a part of the development.”
Multi-family homes at communities developed within Charles Pointe are also part of an active Homeowners Association. High speed internet, cable TV, and landscaping of common areas are provided to every home.
Including the duplex homes at Parkview Village, Charles Pointe currently consists of 407 residential units with a mix that includes multi family, single family and apartment homes. New construction continues at Worthington Village and Stonebridge developments. The Charles Pointe Planned Unit Development (PUD) approved by the City of Bridgeport allows a total of 2,347 residential units within 1,514 acres at Charles Pointe.
Charles Pointe is an award-winning master planned development situated on 1,700 acres within the city of Bridgeport. With an overall price tag of more $1.5 billion when completed, Charles Pointe combines residential, commercial, retail, medical, professional office, research, education, and recreational opportunities.
"Charles Pointe is creating quality lifestyle options for residents of all ages. We're truly the only inclusive option where residents can live, work and play within the development," Dellana said.
