Following greetings by on behalf of Governor Earl Ray Tomblin and U.S. Senator Joe Manchin and words of congratulations from Mayor Bob Greer, the ribbon was cut today on the newest business in Charles Pointe, Perfections Nail Salon. Owners Kristina Huynh and Kris Huynh did the honors with a host of clientele and family in support. Also represented was the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.
