Hager has more than 30 years of management experience in the field and has held positions at West Virginia’s premiere resorts, including Oglebay in Wheeling and The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs.

Hager’s responsibilities at Genesis Partners will include overseeing all leisure service facilities and programs, including the golf courses, food and beverage outlets and the sporting club as well as the daily operations of the new conference center.
His professional associations include the Advisory Council of the School of Business Administration, West Liberty College; the Advisory Board of the Hospitality Food Service and Event Centers, The Ohio State University; a board member at Coolfont Resort Inc. and Greater Bridgeport Conference and Visitors Center.
Hager was previously a member of the Governor’s Committee for Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan and served as recorder and then mayor of the city of White Sulphur Springs.
The conference center is being built at Charles Pointe, a 1,700-acre model community project in Bridgeport.
