BRIDGEPORT – Rhonda Hager has been named director of Human Resources at Genesis Partners, the local firm that is developing the master-planned community of Charles Pointe.
Hager has 25 plus years of experience in human resources, management and accounting, according to James A. Corton, managing partner of Genesis Partners.
She will be managing the job growth opportunities for Genesis Partners, particularly at Charles Pointe.
For the last 10 years, Hager was manager of benefits and payroll at the Wheeling Park Commission (Oglebay Park Resort) in Wheeling.
Before that, she served as pension and benefits administrator for CSX Hotels (The Greenbrier) in White Sulphur Springs.
Hager has been designated as a certified employee benefits specialist by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and co-sponsored by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
