Bridgeport – Genesis Partners hired Mark S. Dellana, executive director of development, and Christine Fulton, director of external relations, and promoted Brian E. Aman to director of finance.
Dellana heads planning, development and construction at Charles Pointe and other Genesis Partners ventures. He is board president of NAIOP Pittsburgh and an ICSC member.
Fulton is responsible for external relations that build public/private partnerships. Through alliances, she fosters collaboration among community, government and non-profit organizations addressing regional betterment. She serves on the Green Building Alliance executive board and is a ULI member.
Aman is responsible for management and oversight of the financial operations of Genesis Partners and its related companies. He also oversees financial and tax reporting, along with loan management and property transactions.
